By accessing or using Zenit (zenit.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Zenit is an astrological intelligence platform that calculates natal charts, tracks planetary transits, and generates AI-powered interpretations based on a structured knowledge graph. The service uses Swiss Ephemeris for astronomical computations and provides tools for exploring astrological data.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate birth data if you choose to use chart calculation features. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI Interpretations Disclaimer
Astrological interpretations generated by Zenit are computational outputs produced by an AI system querying a knowledge graph. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — psychological, medical, financial, legal, or otherwise. Do not make life decisions based solely on astrological interpretations. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contradictory outputs. Zenit makes no claims about the predictive validity of astrology.
Limitation of Liability
Zenit is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the service or its interpretations. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
The Zenit platform, including its knowledge graph, algorithms, and interface design, is the intellectual property of its creators. Your birth data and chart calculations remain yours. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Free Tier & Paid Plans
The free tier includes basic natal chart calculation, daily transits, and limited AI queries. Paid plans offer additional features. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
