Refund Policy

Effective: February 2026

Zenit offers a free tier with no payment required. This refund policy applies only to paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If the paid features do not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] with your account email and we will process the refund promptly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the free tier. No data is deleted upon cancellation.

After the Guarantee Period

After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the remaining days of your active period are non-refundable.

Plan Changes

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades mid-cycle.

Disputes

If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will resolve legitimate billing issues within 48 hours.
